I have had a terrible experience with them this time. My car has been in the service department for three weeks to date and I have not received any communication, we have been promised calls to update us on the status and we have had to call them back every single time, only to be told something different every time. We have not been provided with up to date information, the price has consistently changed from one phone call to the next, even though this is covered by warranty.
