On 6/28/25 CALLED AHEAD by 2. 5 hours to drive 1.5 hours to view one stock number car. Was told it will be waiting right outside. Arrived 3 hours after call - plenty of time to 5 hours to drive 1.5 hours to view one stock number car. Was told it will be waiting right outside. Arrived 3 hours after call - plenty of time to "pull car up" that we were committed was there to see. WRONG. 45 minutes of waiting, nonsense, paperwork distractions --- car not even near lot! We can find "similar" model to drive --- so what. We CALLED AHEAD to see one vehicle. ZERO remorse for wasting our time: we can come back later if we do the paperwork. WHAT?????? Comment was from their supposed sales manager. Total 3 hours driving round trip. Hour in dealership --- for nothing. And we could have been told "no car" before we started drive. We did not see customers coming in to dealership. We did not see customers driving through dealership. Guess now I understand why Shiittenkirk had no stream of customers. For me: I will never return to any Shottenkirk dealership ever. Others can waste their time for such unprofessional nonsense, but, not me. We bought a different vehicle, lower on purchase list - 5 hours later and NOT from them! More

Horrible experience. Finance guy extremely pushy and applied max pressure to purchase extended warranty. Original salesman did a great job but quit before we got there. Omar did a great job showing us the features of the car, but nobody showed us how to charge it even though it was our first EV purchase and there was a charger right outside the door. No mention of when we might receive the plates. It’s ironic because I used dealerrater to pick this dealer as they had great ratings, but I will never approach them again. More
