***BEWARE*** While my husband's 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz was in their shop for a small problem under warranty, they somehow managed to wreck his truck. No one called to tell him of this and he only found ou was in their shop for a small problem under warranty, they somehow managed to wreck his truck. No one called to tell him of this and he only found out when he went to pick it up. Despite numerous phone calls by me, and despite having been passed around from person to person at this pitiful-excuse-for-a-dealership, and promises that they will have the general manager John Donohue, call me back, to date Mr. Donahue has not called me back (in over a weeks time), nor will anyone at this dealership advise me as to who their liability insurance carrier is so that he can file a claim. More
