David was wonderful start to finish. He’s a great communicator, prompt with responses when my car would be ready for pick up. Very average, felt I had to push the process a bit and fact check certain things-push for information. At times I felt they were scrambling, communication between colleagues not good. It did not turn me into a loyal returning customer but it also didn't make me want to avoid ever coming back. Adam made me feel he was too busy for me. I felt they made it a little harder than it should be for me to buy a car from them, like I was driving the process forward and they were reacting. They don't seem to like push back or questions, I am a pretty informed buyer. More

Very disappointing! Was turned away on my first scheduled appointment. second spot had to leave my car for the $200 diagnostics. Credit card service fee is insulting! Not to mention $2500 charge to repair my cargo door! I will be looking elsewhere for future service. More

This was a very pleasant experience. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out and the staff was fast and professional.
