I had an appointment but waited 3 & 1/2 hours to be told nothing could be done because a part had to be ordered! The issue with my car was told to the Service Tech when the appointment was made so the part nothing could be done because a part had to be ordered! Now I have to wait for a call & then set up another appointment to probably wait more than 3 hours again! (Would go to another dealer but have to deal with them because this dealer did the original repair due to a manufacturer's recall.) More

Getting my vehicle serviced here is always a pleasure. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is always completed quickly but thoroughly. There are 2 other dealerships closer to my house, but The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is always completed quickly but thoroughly.
