Not sure there is very good communication between the sales and finance teams. Originally I applied for credit utilizing a co-applicant however the finance paperwork only had myself. Finance had t sales and finance teams. Originally I applied for credit utilizing a co-applicant however the finance paperwork only had myself. Finance had to redo the finance contract. The new car pulled up after finance corrected the contract to include both applicants on the application and turned out the car was damaged on the bumper very noticeably. They had to redo the finance transaction again which took a large amount of our time again. The first car had roof rails as part of the package however the “new,”new” car did not and they did not care to provide the $349 accessory complimentary given the perception that they knowingly gave us a damaged vehicle. Uncertain of our relationship going forward and definitely not recommending them unless they can mitigate my perception of the dealership. Salesman Jacob did a great job but his high values of honesty and integrity did not meet his leadership’s level of low honesty and integrity. I understand this dealership is planning on expanding to the west to become a national household name. Think they have work to do before that can happen. More
What started out as a difficult experience turned out to be a great example of service excellence. My first contact with the dealership for this service visit bounced around and the response I received was be a great example of service excellence. Tim (service manager) contacted me and assigned my concern to Amy who was absolutely outstanding! Amy "managed" my service experience, communicating with me every step of the way and ensured all issues were resolved prior to inviting me to pick up my vehicle. I understand "stuff" happens, and my measure of service excellence not that it happens, but what gets done about it, and Amy definitely delivered an excellent customer experience to me. You can bet I will ask for her from now on. Thank you Amy for making it right. More

Was told to come in before our 2022 Palisade hit 36,000 miles for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. The vehicle was even notifying us that it was time to bring it in. Once we arrived (35,600 miles for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. The vehicle was even notifying us that it was time to bring it in. Once we arrived (35,600 miles) we were told that it wasn't complimentary & cost us $111. The dealership completely lied to us. Terrible experience. More
