Tech couldn't find out why my blower fan was not working after 2 1/2 hours. Wanted $600. at a future date to trouble shoot and maybe still saying that he couldn't find the problem. I'm old school and there's only 2 reason why it's not working. I changed the blower motor and the blower relay for a total cost of $73.00. $600. to trouble shoot, REALLY. He should have Googled the problem.. The total time I spent to diagnosis the problem and replace the parts was about 1 1/2 hours. I will still use you dealership in the future because you have helped me in the past. More
