We were told when we bought the car that we had a maintenance package that was for 36,000 miles or 3 years and to have our oil changed every 5000 miles. At our appointment we were told we needed to p maintenance package that was for 36,000 miles or 3 years and to have our oil changed every 5000 miles. At our appointment we were told we needed to pay because our package had ended. We definitely did not have 36,000 or 3 years. Every car we had with a Maintenace package told us at each service how many oil changes we had left. This never happened here. We will not be doing any business with a dealership that is this sneaky and lies to you. We will let everyone know what kind of business dealings you do. More
