Will not help back of the vehicles they sell when there are issues. Service can't figure out why I am getting lower gas mileage than a gas engine when have a HYBRID! I'm not going away! I love bringing my car to this dealership. They always treat my car very well. I usually sit and wait for my services to be done and they do their best to not keep me waiting forever. You take your 40K plus car to the dealer for superior service. A basic oil change- don't over fill, filter properly threaded and tightened, and finally the drain plug properly threaded and tightened. If not, you get home and your new car is spilling oil onto your driveway. With my car, it was the drain plug. Thank god it was only an oil change. Thank god I didn't drive a hundred miles. You wipe the drain plug, run the car and check for leaks-clearly that was not done. More
