Overall it was an okay experience. An advisor tried pulling me to the back to pay despite everything being under warranty. Worst customer service and advertising online, pricing not accurate according to dealership. The communication between employees and customers is horrible. One of the employees came up to me with an inappropriate tone of voice and his demeanor basically scared me. We have shopped there before but after this experience never again. My family, friends, and I will go somewhere else going forward. The laughs and jokes among employees in front of customers is ridiculous. Practically stating in front of you how much they will be making by not honoring the online pricing. I felt pressured, harassed, and they talked to me like I was mentally not capable of understanding a word. Made me feel stupid and taken advantage of because of their comments and treatment.
