It was a disappointing and frustrating experience due to the fact that they took almost two months to fix my car. It felt like my car was held hostage while they played a guessing game to see what would mak the fact that they took almost two months to fix my car. It felt like my car was held hostage while they played a guessing game to see what would make my car work. And of course all of this was done at my expense. I felt hopeless, especially since there was no guarantee that anything they were doing would work. I’m just relieved that the nightmare is over. More
