Service rep Shawn was great, but had to wait 20 minutes for my car to be brought up front, and I figured it was because they were washing it. No such luck . Advertised false price, tired to add $4k once we arrived. Spent 8-10 hours before settling on advertised price. We were promised 2 keys then lied to and ignored fo1.5 months. Finally promised 2nd key only to have my wife drive 1.5 hours to pick up key and have 1st free oil change done. 5 hours of being told Sierra can't find paperwork before key FINALLY handed over. My father raced Covettes with factory sponsorship in the 50's & 60's and I have been a GM guy my whole life. Terrible customer experience. More
