I just wished the purchasing process did not take that long. We got into the dealership at 7:30pm and did not leave until after 11:30pm. Our car was already identified, price was already negotiated (all the pre-work was already done thanks to Albert) and we just pretty much needed to sign the papers. But because Charlie was the only one there (and he was working non stop, it took forever). The people were great, but the wait was not. All in all, we are happy with our purchase. More

I made an appointment with Edwin Rivera to meet at 10am Friday 6/28 to purchase a specific Honda Pilot Sport that he confirmed was at t Sierra Honda. I showed up to at the agreed upon time, Edwin was not there and neither was the specific vehicle that he confirmed was in stock. Brandon stepped in and assured me that the vehicle I wanted would be located & transported to Sierra Honda within a few hours. Brandon did an excellent job to make sure my time was not wasted and should be commended for saving the deal because I was going to take my business to another dealership. The deal ended up being a purchase of two new Hondas. I have owned Hondas over the last two decades and will potentially be repeat customer as long as Brandon works at Sierra Honda. More
