I bought a transmission for 4100 and they did not tell me on the phone that I would have to load and unload the used transmission by myself and I had talked to them on the phone several times and they never on the phone that I would have to load and unload the used transmission by myself and I had talked to them on the phone several times and they never once said I would have to do it by myself . Two guys stood there and watched me struggle to try and get the new one into my car . I am a women . They said it was a reliability for them to help me .
