Rafael Ibarra reviewed the scheduled maintenance needs of my Forester and made sure all was done,finishing with a complimentary wash. The service was excellent. I was received at the dealership with courtesy, smiles, and efficiency. The service agent Armando listened to my problems and immediately started addressing the issues. He took me to waiting room got me coffee water and snacks and periodically checked to let me know of progress.
