The dealer ship is very good. The service department is good but communication is poor. Numerous times when I’ve called and made an appointment to get my truck serviced I told the The service department is good but communication is poor. Numerous times when I’ve called and made an appointment to get my truck serviced I told them that I would wait there while my truck is getting worked on. Each time when I get there they are surprised I’m waiting for it. You would think that they would have put a note with my appointment about waiting. One time I needed to leave my truck in the shop for a couple of days to get repairs done and asked for a loaner vehicle which they had. When my truck was done I returned the loaner car, only it wasn’t a loaner, I had to pay $60.00 for using it. It would have been nice if they would have told me in advance. Very disappointing as far as communication goes More

Was a good experience, unfortunately purchased the vehicle on a Sunday when there’s no service department., also in the future the sales person should know if they have the proper bookwork with the ve vehicle on a Sunday when there’s no service department., also in the future the sales person should know if they have the proper bookwork with the vehicle or possibly getting the service manual and the book itself. I have been a customer at this dealership since 2003. The current service/intake group is one of the best. Not all of the work I requested was performed. I now have to make a 2nd appointment to complete The current service/intake group is one of the best. Not all of the work I requested was performed. I now have to make a 2nd appointment to complete the work. Over the years, including this time, I have called the service department after several hours asking if the work on my vehicle was completed. I often get the response that the work had just been completed. It seems like 7 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is excessive, especially after having made an appointment. Thanks. More
