Definitely suspicious. I inspected two BMW X3 vehicles, both listed with clean titles and no reported incidents. The first had an M bumper on a regular trim, so I asked I inspected two BMW X3 vehicles, both listed with clean titles and no reported incidents. The first had an M bumper on a regular trim, so I asked about it. Kevin explained they replaced the bumper because it was cracked. On the second car, I noticed several scratches on the headlight, which made me suspicious. I ran a VIN check on three different sites and found that the vehicles had been auctioned previously. I then searched the VIN numbers on Google and was able to locate the auction listings for both cars. Both were listed as severely damaged and sold for parts (total loss), with estimated repair costs of 19K and 15K respectively (according to Bid Export). This appears to be a body shop that buys cheap wrecked cars, repairs them, and then resells them—potentially misleading buyers. I don’t understand why only one of the three VIN check services flagged the "Record of Junk" for these vehicles. More

My wife took her E350 MB into MB of Plano for an A service (51,091 miles) last week. They informed her that the following needed to be repaired/replaced: 1) Oil Leak from the front Covers on Engine service (51,091 miles) last week. They informed her that the following needed to be repaired/replaced: 1) Oil Leak from the front Covers on Engine ($1,321.69), 2) Battery Failed Loan Test/Replace Battery ($456.85) and Replace Wipers ($93,75). Something didn't seem right so she took her car to Ray & George at Silverstar (where we should have gone to begin with). After a complete diagnostic test, NONE of those issues were present. The oil lead was because when they did the A service, they did not tighten the oil filter, the battery tested great and the wipers didn't need to be replaced. We've known Ray & George for 15 years and we will never make the mistake of going back to Mercedes Benz of Plano. More

Car needed repairs I have been taking my BMW for repair here since early 2014. Oil changes - brakes - hoses and a little body work as well. Pricing has always been better than the dealership by 20 -30% or more, and they are extremely honest about the repairs. I have been able to get a loaner when needed and the work is usually finished same day. I would definitely recommend them for any service related item you might need. More
