Dealer played a trick to avoid selling car at their advertised price. I went in on Dec 28th to buy a Nissan NV200 (VIN: 3N6CM0KN9MK691051) advertised for $15,890. On arrival, I was told I was an hour late and another customer was inside doing the paper work to buy it. Later on the next day, I saw the same van listed for $19,856 and I filled out an interest form on their website. I was immediately contacted by another sales man saying the van was available for me to buy. When I told him I was there yesterday and was turned away at the lower price, he took zero responsibility and said "I did not say those words to you, it was someone else from sales". He said he would talk to his manager and colleague and get back to me and did not bother responding. Very disappointing to see the dealership play games. More

Unimpressed overall. My 95B recall experience was terrible. Notified that the recall was completed. Spent $30 on an Uber to pick up the vehicle, but noticed that the My 95B recall experience was terrible. Notified that the recall was completed. Spent $30 on an Uber to pick up the vehicle, but noticed that the odometer only had 1 mile on it so the required drive test was not done. Charge was <1% so the charging test was not done. Left the vehicle, and Ubered home again. Picked the vehicle up last night but there was no receipt for the recall repair in the vehicle. Seneca was very sweet and did her best, but I wont be coming back for service. More
