I’m surprised to see that Lorenzo Edwards has been at this dealership or in car sales as long as his bio claims, given my experience with him. Despite the dealership's strong reputation, Lorenzo was deme this dealership or in car sales as long as his bio claims, given my experience with him. Despite the dealership's strong reputation, Lorenzo was demeaning and unprofessional. I decided not to purchase a vehicle from him and stopped engaging with the dealership altogether until I realized I had only unsubscribed from their emails, not their texts. Both Escalades I was interested in are still sitting on the lot a month later, which makes me question whether the team here has the skill or integrity to effectively sell Cadillacs. More
