Disorganized I went to University CDJR of Florence, AL for the purchase of my first car, as well as the first Jeep I have ever driven. I have always been in Fords and that was what I thought I would end up buying. I test drove the Cherokee and fell in love. I was so excited because I felt like I was in great hands. Josh was my salesman and was the best part of this experience. He was friendly, helpful, and did not seem to mind my overload of questions and comparisons to Ford. I cannot say enough great things about him. His service was outstanding. However after purchase this experience has plummeted. From rude phone calls, to snarky comments, to complete disorganization. It took a week to get my 2nd key fob, wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for a spare tire (the price of which increased AFTER my contract was signed), and multiple burnt trips to the dealership. They couldn’t find my owners manual or key fob, hints having to order it, and an issue with my contract which couldn’t be corrected when I went to the dealership 24 hrs AFTER they called me. What I hoped would be a fun experience has been horrible. At this point I would rather travel to find another dealer that is more customer oriented when, and IF, I ever go to purchase another Jeep/Dodge. More
