They are genuine. The service dept is great. It truly is a one stop shop. I had a couple of non safety recalls that needed to get done along with a oil change. The serv The service dept is great. They offered to give me a ride home but I decided to wait. I was in and out in 2 hrs along with a new registration. Big thumbs up. More

Horrible Service Rep I have spent of ton of money here and I won't be using them again. They have been misleading and not willing to work with me on a warranty item. They didn't want to help me at all until I was already getting it worked on somewhere else, then all the sudden I needed to tow it down to them after I already paid to tow it to a shop and they had been working on it for a couple hours. When I first went in to the dealership for my concern, Trevor let me know the part was on back order, and that it could be a number of weeks before they would see the part, which I was fine with I know so Trevor let me know the part was on back order, and that it could be a number of weeks before they would see the part, which I was fine with I know sometimes it takes time to get some part. He also gave me a full break down of up coming services on my truck which is nice to know since this is my daily driver for work.
