I had the absolute WORST experience regarding the General Sales Manager and service department. I had my car serviced at this dealership and a week later had it towed back due to complications that the servi Sales Manager and service department. I had my car serviced at this dealership and a week later had it towed back due to complications that the service department didn’t communicate to me in my first service visit. I made it very clear that I needed my car diagnosed, fixed, and back in my possession in the same day. The service department had the opportunity to communicate what was going on from 11am until 6pm. Not a single word was communicated to me all day and next thing I know, the service department was closed. Mason, the service advisor that I was working with, also failed to communicate that I would not be able to pick up my car that day. Then, me and my mother drove to the dealership to see if we could resolve the issue. We were then approached by the general sales manager who was INCREDIBLY rude to me AND my mother, refused to help us, and LIED to us about not having access to my car in order for me to get my much needed prescription, and then demanded that we leave. We then called the service department the next day to see what was going on with my car and they admitted to me that the lug nuts were not tightened properly in my initial visit, but they still let my drive off with my car. I EASILY could have been killed due to my lug nuts not being properly tightened. This dealership has only showed unprofessionalism and I will NEVER be returning to this establishment. More

Kid friendly I had to get my van serviced with three small children in tow. The kids enjoyed the play area and snacks. When I realized more work needed to be done, I had to get my van serviced with three small children in tow. The kids enjoyed the play area and snacks. Once again Fabulous Service Just took my Jeep in for it’s 30,000 mile service and oil change and had great service as always!!! Generally good service at this dealership Always get good service at this dealership. They usually give me a sheet with what was looked at and what was done during my service.
