I had called Adrian late on a Saturday afternoon and inquired about a red front wheel drive Honda CRV that I had been looking for at other dealerships I had called Adrian late on a Saturday afternoon and inquired about a red front wheel drive Honda CRV that I had been looking for at other dealerships. Even though it was close to closing, he met us at the door and had a red CRV parked outside for us to look at even though it was an AWD CRV. He explained that he could get us a front wheel drive, but it would take a few days to have one delivered. I explained that I wanted a FWD because of the better gas mileage. He explained that for the most part, an AWD runs on the front wheels primarily and only when it switches to AWD, that the mileage is affected only by one mile per gallon. So the majority of the time they are running at the same rate of consumption. Relieving me of my concerns and offering an excellent price compared to the other dealers, I decided to make a deal and buy the AWD. More

Most car salesmen at other dealerships we visited used manipulative, strong-arm tactics. This was not true at Honda of Bartlesville however. Every employee was polite, respectful, and straightforward. Our salesman, Bruno Cairo, had a calm and sweet nature; he listened carefully to what we said we needed and answered all of our questions. The Internet salesman, Beebe Stephenson, answered every email promptly. The manager, owner, and finance director were also great. I believe we got a great price. The "big city" Honda dealer we previously visited in Tulsa wanted $2000 more for the same model and when we told them what Honda of Bartlesville was asking for the car, the manager angrily told us that we better run up to Bartlesville and buy it "if you really can get it for that." So we did. In fact, we bought two. Next time I need a car, I will go the Honda of Bartlesville. More

As a Honda owner since 1997, I decided to stick with what I knew & stay with Honda - reliable & never in the shop except for routine maintenance. I visited the Tulsa dealerships to look & test drive but when I asked them to give me some ballpark numbers, no one would do that for me unless I sat down & started negotiating. I wasn't ready to actually buy - just wanted someone to give me some sort of idea what it would cost me & what they would give me for my trade-in. A friend of mine has always purchased her Hondas in Bartlesville. She swore the price & the service was better. So I sent them an email to inquire about a Pilot I was interested in driving. They immediately responded with a price, so I set up a time to test drive. The customer service was amazing! My salesperson, Beebe Stephenson, was so knowledable & spent a considerable amount of time explaining all the interior & exterior features of the Pilot before we left the parking lot for the test drive. The test drive wasn't just around the block. We drove several miles, all the time with him explaining & showing me the different features of the Pilot. I was immediately sold. It was time to negotiate. He had already directed his service department to look at my Honda Accord I was trading in, so there was no additional "sit around & wait" time for that number. I gave him a list of optional items I wanted & he wrote up the paperwork. Within a very short amount of time, we had a agreed on a price. Totally painless & exactly what I had in mind when I left my house that day. I was amazed!!! To top that off, this was a Friday afternoon & there were options that needed to be installed. The service department was open for a short while on Saturday & I really wanted to pick up my car that day. Unfortunately, the options I wanted were not in stock. But that didn't stop anyone. Beebe located the parts & drove to Tulsa to pick them up on Saturday morning so his service department could install them. He even offered to deliver my new car to my front door in Tulsa once everything was installed & the car was detailed. Now that's service!! I'll be a Honda of Bartlesville customer for life. More
