I was greeted by Darin Turner while looking at a Honda Civic. I test drove the car, liked it and told him what I was willing to pay. We agreed on 200 dollars for 42 months ($8400). I told him I would like to finance the car with 0 down. He shook my hand, and said we could probably get the deal "pushed through". I went outside to enjoy the weather and make a phone call. He had me come back and initial piece a paper that said I would buy the car if I could get in "around 200 a month" I told him that was't our deal. This is where I started to get suspicious. I cross out the word "around" and put in the word "under" and initialed it. He told me it was a formality anyways and I could back out, it was just something they "had to do". I came back inside and was greeted by the man who was going to finish the paperwork. We then went into his office and and the price on the paper said $10995. I asked about it and he said that was the purchase price. I told him that wasn't the deal I made with the salesman and he went to go get another manager. He came in and said that this was the purchase price on the car. I had already had my credit app approved, and they said that the purchase price was $10995 and no less. I told them they could keep the car and walked out. They were very nice at first and then completely changed faces on me and tried to screw me. I was very upset and will never be back. Darin never came into the office to talk to me or them and they never went to go get him.Truthfully, it was one of the worst sales experiences I have ever had. More
I bought a jeep liberty less than 30 days ago. On it's first check up we have been informed that the egr valve and the turbo will need to be replaced. This is extremely expensive! At time of purchase I was told that there was a turbo sensor that would cost $225 to replace. When I contacted Honda of Bartlesville I spoke with the used car sales manager named David who informed me that they knew at the time of sale that the egr valve and the turbo gaskets were bad but that it is not company policy to inform the buyer what is wrong with the vehicle. I am a disabled veteran I can not afford to pay for these repairs. David has stated that it is not his problem and that he will not assist me in fixing the broken vehicle.He stated finally that he could only offer $200 dollars if I am APPRECIATIVE!! I am a disabled veteran who cannot work and after paying 6800 cash that I saved up for because I can't afford payments I am then given a $5200 repair bill and told if I am APPRECIATIVE DAVID will give me a couple hundred bucks. That is dishonesty and disrespect. More

I had very bad experience with this dealer. I have bought used Honda Odyssey with only 150k miles. After a week I got transmission problem. But they didn't take any responsibility and asked me $5k for repair used Honda Odyssey with only 150k miles. After a week I got transmission problem. It means that the problem were exist already and they might be deleted the Check engine light code and sold it as is. Otherwise these kind of problem will not happened within a week time. Usually Honda will not give any problem till 300k miles. Sales guy not even open his mouth when I did test ride. He might be know this issue already that's why he not talked about anything about the vehicle. A week before when I bought the van, their selling price was double of my purchased price. Why they want to reduced the price suddenly? Because they might be knew the transmission issue already. So they may hide the problem and sold as is without giving any information about the van. They asked me 5k to repair the transmission which is 4 times more than the local mechanic rate. So their intention is suck money from the customers not doing business. I don't recommend this dealer to buy vehicle and their behavior also not smooth. More

He even had me wait one day to see if the May month had a better dealer incentive, which it did. Adrian followed up with ease of filling out the paperwork answering all my detailed questions and showing my the workings of the new car, maintenance, etc. Dominick nicely handled the financing part, credit report and followup up paperwork. no gimmicks or hidden fees. the staff there is very friendly, and they do not play a game on pricing, they offer the best price up front that other dealers could not beat. the car was delivered as promised and Adrian followed up with a complete walk thru on the features with my wife. interestingly, the owner actually work there and has an office. Hal came over and personally thanked us for buying with him and even offered his card and cell phone number if we had any problems. hassle free, lowest up front pricing, no gimmicks, or hidden charges or the like. It could not have gone better. More
