I've used this service center for my new car bought in 2004. What I can say is that in the beginning they charge you very low prices for services but if you keep coming regularly they will increase the pr 2004. Make sure you mark your tires to verify. Alignment is something you will have to check on a flat road. They push things not included in the manufactures's service guide. The new facility has no view of the garages where you car gets repaired. You have no idea what they did or didn't do. Yes they are friendly but they are expensive in the long run. They do the work good. Never had problems there. Just some work was never done and I was charged for it. Also waits can be quite long. Recently waited 3 hours in there. Find yourself a good indepedent mechanic and watch your car being repaired if possible. More
