Your truck was brought in on August 27th with a major engine concern that required approval through your aftermarket service contract. That process included a third-party adjuster inspection and a review of your service records, which extended the repair timeline beyond our normal expectations. When your vehicle later returned for an A/C issue, that repair also went through the same contract, which required a separate deductible per claim — something determined by the warranty company rather than our dealership. We understand how stressful vehicle repairs can be, especially when warranty procedures take longer than expected.
