Worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase or service a vehicle there again. The communication between staff and customer was horrible. This is the second horrific experience I’ve had with a Stellantis dealership in the past 6 months. The service departments are terrible. took car in for leak in coolant system, they replaced water hose and clamp (I hope) during the repair process mechanic stripped bleeder nut and broke the air intake temp monitor clamp, mechanic just push water hose and clamp (I hope) during the repair process mechanic stripped bleeder nut and broke the air intake temp monitor clamp, mechanic just push monitor back in place without the holding clamp, wanted to change me an additional $800 for a new water pump, because they couldn't bleed the air out of the coolant system because mechanic couldn't get the bleeder nut off that he just stripped.
