No communication from service department from 8am to valet brought it back to me at 4:45pm. I asked valet if I needed to call service department to explain what I wanted checked, outside of the normal 1 valet brought it back to me at 4:45pm. I asked valet if I needed to call service department to explain what I wanted checked, outside of the normal 10K mile service. No call so they did not know to check my alignment...also, when I drove to the dealership I found that they put the wrong oil in my vehicle...only to find out that at my 5,000 mile oil change they did not put the oil I requested (100% synthetic) but charged me for it. Very disappointing. Also, since I was overcharged for the last oil, they still charged me the up charge for this most recent service. You would think they would have not charged me for the 10k service. Please call me to resolve this issue: 262-666-0877 Steve Walls More
