Give a lower quote and then have them wanting the car and then give the inflated price.then add some security device that until that minute we never heard of. Service department instantly stops caring once they realize you’re in for warranty work. It’s really unfortunate that I find lazy mistakes done while servicing my car for unrelated issues.
