I have put on 1200 miles since pickup and had to jump-start the vehicle. When I called on Wednesday, I explained that I had to jump-start the car. They stated that there could be a diagnostic fee of $180.00 plus associated with my arrival. But bring it down because it should be under warranty. They state they do a full inspection of any vehicle and even load test batteries before the sale of a car. Well, I showed up, having driven almost an hour to get to them. I was first told that because it is a Jeep, they can not work on it because they are not certified to work on them. So, never buy a used vehicle that does not carry the KIA brand because they are not certified to work with anything other than KIA. I explained to them that any auto parts store can load test a battery. They played the Game because you did not buy their overpriced warranty. It's not covered. They offer a 3-month 3k 3k-mile warranty. I call xx Now, I will say Tanisha, the salesperson, saw me there and stepped up. I went to the GM, Bryce Lindgren, and said, as a courtesy, that they would replace the battery. Sam the Underwriter came to me and stated that they would replace the battery. I asked Are you changing both She said yes. Ok, I left and came back. Well, when I got home, I got curious and looked and found out that the large battery was replaced, but the start-stop was not. I sent a message to Sam asking what happened, and she got back to me and stated (I apologize, it was supposed to be, maybe some miscommunication, when's a good time to bring it back.) It's great that they are going to step up and acknowledge they made a mistake. Well then, I get a call from 678-783-2299 at 8:51 stating he is a manager. Due to a conversation I had the day before, I was only looking for one battery and not both. Your mechanic tested both batteries and found them to be bad. The manager stated you do not have to change both, and batteries can go bad within a month! Even the dealership states that if you change one, you need to change the other. You can see that a 1.7 rating out of 5 tells the whole story. If this stops even one sale, then I have done my job. The owners should see why their reputation has gone downhill. Due to the people in the building, or you just do not care because all you worry about is the dollar. Well, let me teach you that if you take care of your customers, that dollar would grow tremendously. But you keep doing what you're doing, that company name will change soon unless they just enjoy screwing the average person! More

The sales personell and General Manager are ethically challenged at this dealership. After searching on line for the best possible internet deal on the vehicle we wanted, We found it at Sons Kia in McDo challenged at this dealership. After searching on line for the best possible internet deal on the vehicle we wanted, We found it at Sons Kia in McDonough, GA. It was a 6 hour drive (one way) so the night before we called to verify that the Vehicle listed was in fact on the lot and that the Internet price was correct. When we arrived they told us that the listing (which had been on line for 3 weeks) was wrong and that they were not going to honor it. The salesman told us we were considered a "one and done" meaning we would not be getting our car serviced there so we were not going to get the best deal. When I demanded to speak with the manager I was told he was not at the dealership. I walked to the sales office and there sat the manager. He said he was protected by a disclaimer on the web site and he would not honor the price. He didn't even make any kind of offer to sell us the vehicle. It is crystal clear that from the General Manager down there is no integrety at this dealership. You simply cannot trust them! More
This is by far the worst dealership in GA. Their customer service is horrible. I just had my vehicle's oil changed by them and my experience, just like everytime I go, was terrible. I need new Their customer service is horrible. I just had my vehicle's oil changed by them and my experience, just like everytime I go, was terrible. I need new tires so when I told them I will get tires from a different place, they purposely slashed one of my tires to try to bully me into buying theirs. I can't prove they did it but it's obvious. I hate this place with a passion!!!! More

Well I can't trust this sons kia anymore its like they just hire any body that they just don't what the heck they are doing at all. One time I went over there to check out the reason the tire light was o just hire any body that they just don't what the heck they are doing at all. One time I went over there to check out the reason the tire light was on, one of the young ladies there and just said just pump up the tires and I said no you've got to check all the tires to see why the light was on. I looked around and saw one of the macanics and told that when he sees that car back in the garage area to please check out all the tires for me and see why the light is staying on, machnic was very understanding. About a month or so now I went to see about a recall and when I got ready to go, I drove our and was looking to the side mirror and was barley hanging on and went back in to ask about that he said it would cost me $200 something dollars to replace it but i said I wouldn't because it happened here at yalls place why should I pay for that mirror when I didn't do that at all I was very upset about that. Thin another time I was getting car checked out and the new young girl that was there said that the brakes needed to replaced but had it checked out some where else well several other places and said the something so I went checking the different stores to see the prices, thin I said to myself why am I doing this when I could check with other brake and see what they think and they checked all the brakes and told me that I didn't need brakes after all. That's too much for me I've got to find another kia dealership to do my checkups else where. With this what I said here I wouldn't trust them neither. More

Hello, I am trying to reach the general manager Bill Redford of Kia Sons. The reason I am emailing you because I called your service number and explained I had some issues that needed a diagnostic done. Redford of Kia Sons. The reason I am emailing you because I called your service number and explained I had some issues that needed a diagnostic done. I was told by Jason it will be a week or two before my car be looked at. I agreed because everywhere else told me May 1st and Jason knew that and sure me as week or two. I drop off my 2015 Kia Sorento off. He told me again after me asking him again about a week or two. Fast forward two weeks went pass and I text him about my vehicle. He responded eventually saying I had a few cars still in front of me. I said ok , but you did tell me a week or two. During the whole time I was renting vehicles. So I rented a vehicle for another week. That week passed and I reach out to him again inquiring about my vehicle. Still the same response. To some this story up you all had my vehicle for a month and a week before calling me with a price like $6000. I spent about $3000 just in rental cars due to Jason not being honest with me from the jump. He explained to me it was only 2 technicians, some got fired and some in training. I told him I understand but I was told one thing and it's costing me so much money to keep renting cars for about $600 a week. My question is I am unable to get car fixed because you all kept it so long. It find out they toll my air to a LLC without notice and now my car is up for sales. No one has returned an email or called. Nothing... More
