I brought my 2018 Kia Optima SXL Turbo in for service on August 23, 2022, for a pretty serious safety problem: the headlights sometimes suddenly turn off completely while driving at night. I was told that South Dade Kia was going to order a part and would notify me to come back in 3-4 days. I am writing this on September 9. So far, I have received no follow-up notification or communication with the service department. Incidentally, my neighbor has exactly the same issue with his Kia (also purchased from South Dade Kia), so this problem is not unique to me. Let's just hope that Kia can come up with a fix before someone has a serious accident. South Dade Kia: Please call me and let me know the status of my service order. More
