I purchased a brand-new 2025 Kia Telluride on November 11, 2025. On the second day of ownership, the vehicle overheated, leaving my wife and my kids. In the middle of the stretch going to Florida keys. stranded for two hours on the side of the road. As a result, I am now stuck with a $40,000 vehicle that failed almost immediately due to a faulty thermostat and put my family in a dangerous and stressful situation. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the dealer’s response. I was told that these things are “kind of normal” and that they sometimes happen. That explanation is completely unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle. I have always purchased new cars and have never experienced a failure like this with any other brand. This was my first and will be my last time purchasing a Kia. More

My experience with Justin Alfonso was stellar. i was was pleasantly impressed with the entire process and the courteous and informative sales person. The general sales manager Marcelo was a two gentlemen scholar and make sure the process was professional. If you’re looking to get a Kia, you should see Justin. I drove all the way from Fort Pierce, Florida all the way down to Homestead Florida two hours and 15 minutes and it was well worth it. The Kia telluride is an amazing vehicle and that’s coming from a customer that currently has a highline German vehicle. Definitely recommend this to any person I know. More
