Service team run around It all starts when your vehicle is not operating like it should an you think you have bumper to bumper warranty. Apparently The Technician an Service team is screwed if the computer doesn’t tell them what is wrong. So the the cure is to replace things that really don’t have anything to do with the problem. Then tell you to wait cause there flying in an engineer to look at problem to a month later get a phone call saying there district manager duck says there not doing anything about it. I would expect this to be the other way around but looks like there leadership is horrible. Thanks a lot I now have a $60,000 truck is not safe. I Will never ever look at a Chrysler again. As for everyone involved remember what comes around goes around! More
