I would think that the service department should be able to “service “ any part of a Toyota vehicle. They told me I was scheduled with express I didn’t schedule with express but with that being said I would think in express an oil change and tire rotation should NOT ever take 2 plus hours. Biggest xxxxshow ever. More
This is the 2nd time my vehicle has been into the shop for just basic work and this is the 2nd time that I was never called to let me know my vehicle was finished. I had no phone call other than the one at 8:43 where they wanted me to purchase new tires. If you use the messenger service they say they want you to communicate on they just ignore you. If you call, you get a voicemail. Communication is lacking, other than the messages I received weekly telling me my car service is overdue. All they want is $$$$$$. More

I had an appointment scheduled where I needed a replacement for a recalled product, oil change, and standard maintenance. When I arrived at the dealer they told me they didn't have the part ordered replacement for a recalled product, oil change, and standard maintenance. When I arrived at the dealer they told me they didn't have the part ordered or a tech to do it (then why tell me to come in at that time?). I was upset because I had to reschedule the appointment. Once because my daughter had to go to the ER and once because they needed a tech to do my recall replacement. When I brought this up, the customer service lady said, "Oh, well that's not our fault your daughter had to go to the ER." Yup, wasn't mine either. Great customer service, 0/10, two thumbs waaaaaay down. More
We have been getting our cars serviced there for years. Recently, told that I needed tires to pass inspection. Asked service if they price match since I read this on Toyota website. Walmart had same tires, brought quote in writing in when picking up car. Service said looks good but parts had to approve it. Parts guy said not same tire, refused to price match. Clearly, we’re same tires. We are equal distance from another dealer. May have to switch. Wife’s car needs tires, will go elsewhere. More

Their service center has always been very good to deal with and willing to take care of whatever the problem I've used South Hills Toyota since 2011. Their service center has always been very good to deal with and willing to take care of whatever the problem may be. They've helped me out of a couple of issues that needed immediate attention and they manged to get me in right away and have the issue resolved in a short period of time. Regular oil changes and maintenance appointments you need to call in advance but I've not had problems getting them scheduled when needed. I've had a few recalls also and they took care of those without issues. Their employees have always been helpful and good to deal with. More
