On-site staff is very kind and competent. However, service is a mess because they have to use a call center for scheduling and they tend to get overbooked. Remote call centers cannot realistically understand how to efficiently schedule service. It also seems they may need to be allowed to hire more service technicians. I dropped off my car at 7am on a Tuesday and was called around 2pm and told it might take until Friday to complete the recall service. Note, this recall repair had been estimated as a 2 hour repair. We rescheduled for 2 weeks later, and the kind staff was able to prioritize me that day, and completed the job. However I was told they were not completing other recalls that day because they were still behind. Mine would be completed because arrangements had been made. At previous routine maintenance for either of our 2 Hondas, it is typically a 2+ hour wait. I know dealerships are limited by corporate, and corporate needs to realize they need to provide more resources and employees so local dealerships can manage their own scheduling and service more efficiently. These are good people, working hard and doing their best, and their hands seem to be tied with minimal support from corporate standards. If Honda continues to think it’s ok to allow service to take hours, days, or more than 1 attempt to get service, I would consider purchasing a different car brand next time. I do want to thank the local service manager for taking a bad experience and making it right. More

We visited on two occasions before we bought. Jay Matsler was very helpful explaining everything about the vehicles we looked at and applied absolutely zero pressure during our visits. That Jay took the time to go over all the controls on the car and connect both of our phones before we drove off put a cherry on top of our experience. We highly recommend the dealership and Jay to anyone interested in buying a Honda. More
