I entered the dealership looking for a used vehicle for my son. Mr. Clayton Jones was very exhausting. He talked incessantly. And then tried to coach me into getting a lease on a basic Honda Civic. He took my son. Mr. Clayton Jones was very exhausting. He talked incessantly. And then tried to coach me into getting a lease on a basic Honda Civic. He took $16,000 of my money for a one-pay lease for three years on a basic Honda Civic. He let me leave the dealership with zero paperwork about the lease. When I got home after this five hour ordeal with Mr. Clayton Jones I realized just how pushed into this situation I was and that I had no leasing paperwork with me. And also there was the fact that he never once mentioned to me that I would have to have a $1000 deductible full coverage on this lease until right before signing. So the next day, I was there at 1 o’clock ready for the dealership to open. Mr. Clayton Jones immediately told me that I could not return the vehicle and I told him that I didn’t have any paperwork so I had no clue what kind of lease deal this was because all I initialed was the $16,233 for the three years. He let me sit down and I said I just need to know what I paid for. He printed out a piece of paper that I did not see the night before and it listed that vehicle for $30,000. I remember the sticker price even though I didn’t see the sticker in the car when I got in, I remember the sticker price being around 26,000 this wasn’t for tax. I would highly recommend that this is taken seriously because I intend to file a report with the Attorney General‘s office for the state of Mississippi. More

I dropped my car off at 3:00 with a scheduled appointment and was told that my car wouldn't be ready until the following day. No one called to inform me that my car was ready for pick up.
