It would be nice to get a price and financing much faster, without the going back and forth to compromise. We did buy a new car, but trying to sell gap insurance or a warranty, on top of a price that was already top end, was overboard. We were not the easiest ones to finance, we needed to make a good deal, and we knew the facts before coming to the dealership. (We liked the sales, but could have used a little more non-condescending attitude with finance). The five hours spent to finally settle was very nerve racking and if it not for my great Sales Woman, we would have left before the deal was completed. I cannot rave enough about Haisha Patricia. She MADE this sale and was professional and compassionate. More
