I have already spoken to Ashlee our sales agent. She relayed our concern to Kacie the GM who said she couldn’t do anything for us. Have not heard anything from the dealership since we purchased the car. I used to sell cars for a Southern dealership, and doing a 4-day follow up call was a must. It’s not that the dealership could do anything to rectify our concern since the title was issued; however, maybe a courtesy call from the GM or Finance manager Dennis who had us sign the declaration without any explanation as to the high miles. Seems like a brush off of a disgruntled customer. Could have been handled better. It’s not just about selling a car and hitting your numbers. Customer satisfaction can work both ways and not always in your favor. Tony Dziadul You have my contact info.
