So, I CALLED the next morning and left a message. I also emailed him and got no response. I agreed not to receive a receipt. I talked with a young later about her experience with another dealer in Hampton not receiving a receipt. She ended up paying elsewhere to get her car prepared. I thought, "Is that what I have to look forward to?" I sent asking him to recheck my other drums to make sure the studs were not cracked or one broken. They have a torque value of 100ftlbs. They ended up not finding anything, which I wasn't totally happy about as I still believe there is an issue as many on the Jeep forums are experiencing the sam things I am. The only thing I wish this service department did that I have seen others do is wash and vacuum the vehicle. My wife's Toyota gets that treatment every time we take it in. I've even had service centers top off my gas tank as well.. I think adding some small things like this on would really add to the customer service experience. More

Better late than never. Came for a check engine light. Service writer was helpful and friendly. Said it would be a hour or so. Vehicle problem was identified in that time.
