Things sure have changed since i worked there Many moons ago I worked at this dealer. In the lube lane. Our goal was 30 mins or less on an oil change. Fast forward to yesterday. I take my car into Many moons ago I worked at this dealer. In the lube lane. Our goal was 30 mins or less on an oil change. Fast forward to yesterday. I take my car into the shop for an oil change. Two hours later I'm called up to the service lane to get my vehicle. Now mind you i went through the express service lane. I watched my car for well over 30 to 45 mins sit in the shop not even on the rack unattended. The lube techs were just hanging out and playing on their phones. It sat on the rack for another 20 mins "draining" the oil. To top it all off when i got my key from nick i didnt even get so much as a sorry for the wait. If it wasnt for the fact that i get free oil changes from these people i would never go back. Its almost worth the $17.95 to go to Big Al's and not have to deal with the piss poor customer service. More

Took 7 weeks just to get vehicle to start! Had our vehicle towed to dealer on a Monday. Early Wednesday morning my service advisor told me parts would arrive the next day, so we thought vehicl Had our vehicle towed to dealer on a Monday. Early Wednesday morning my service advisor told me parts would arrive the next day, so we thought vehicle would be ready by the following Monday. When we called th get status update, a week after we dropped it off, we were told our service advisor had a medical emergency & had been hospitalized for several days, it took a day or to two for a differen advisor to tell us the parts ordered had been installed but didn't fix the problem, so further diagnosis was required.. It took an additional 5 1/2 weeks, multiple phone inquires, messages left for Service Managr, & Dealership Manager to finally get the problem resolved. Our perception is that once a particular service advisor takes responsibility for a vehicle, there is no procedure, plan to assign responsibility to a different advisor when the original advisor is not there & unable to follow up on a service order. When I picked the vehicle up, was told delay was due to part on back order, a situation that was previously never communicated to us. Based on our experience with service department, we will not consider buying a vehicle from this dealer. They are the only Chrysler dealership near our home. My purpose for this lengthy review is meant to inspire the Service Manager/Department. Please review how this job was handled, and put a plan in place when future jobs have a similar issue, so customer is not left "hanging". Adding insult to injury, the job required replacing Engine Control Module & programming for new keys, costing us neatly $1000. Thi same parts had already Benin replaced twice before, Original part was involved in recall. Believe price was fair, but quality &reliability of replacement ECM is still suspect More

When you press either the remote or button on the hatch, you can hear the latch trying to open, but it stays closed. The Service Department said it worked when they tried so we just have to live with the defect until it totally fails. Really, over $40K for a brand new vehicle and we have to live with the rear tailgate sometimes not opening? If they cannot fix a simple issue like this, not sure I want them working on something like the brakes or drive train. More
Above and beyond service! I bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee from N Military Highway Southern and about 3 weeks after I noticed a weird clicking sound in the radio(speakers), the en I bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee from N Military Highway Southern and about 3 weeks after I noticed a weird clicking sound in the radio(speakers), the entire radio wasn't functioning and all I could hear was clicking from all the speakers, I drove to the service department where I bought the Jeep to have it checked out but there was no available date until about 2 weeks, I later decided to take the vehicle to the S Military Highway location and they were able to look at it right away, so I left it overnight. I received a call the next day from My Service Rep Paul, he outlined that there was a software update out for the radio system and it was installed and the clicking noise still did not subside, so he put in an order for a brand new radio and I may take 48 hours to 3 weeks to arrive. I stressed that the noise was very annoying and asked if there was anything that can be done to get me into a rental until the radio arrived, Mr. Paul did all he could and got me into a rental (a jeep wrangler) the very next day. Now that's service! So that's why I gave a 5 star, even though I should have never had a faulty radio in a brand new Jeep I understand that it's just a manufactural problem and it's not necessarily the dealership's fault but the way Paul handle the situation and me, the 5 star was well deserved.
