Saturday Towing Experience My 2012 Town & Country Van's alternator failed and had to be towed on a recent Saturday and fortunately Southern Chrysler Jeep-Greenbrier was open unt My 2012 Town & Country Van's alternator failed and had to be towed on a recent Saturday and fortunately Southern Chrysler Jeep-Greenbrier was open until 6pm! Since I had purchased my van at that dealership, the towing was free and the repair was covered since I have an Easy Care extended car warranty. My only recommendation would be to improve the phone operator coverage on Saturday since it was difficult connecting with the Service Dept. More

Broke down while traveling My Jeep broke down while traveling 800 miles from home. I brought it in just before 1 pm and they were open until 6 pm. I explained my situation to My Jeep broke down while traveling 800 miles from home. I brought it in just before 1 pm and they were open until 6 pm. I explained my situation to the service writer Lamar and stated I was leaving for home in the morning. He quickly said NO I was too late to get help that day. He was leaving soon and all his technicians were too busy working on other vehicles. I would have to leave my Jeep until the next week. After telling him again I was leaving in the morning to return home 800 miles away and I could not just leave it for later he finally stated he would ask if anyone would be willing to help me. One of the technicians was able to help me with the repair which took less than one hour. The service writer left and I was alone waiting with the cashier for my vehicle. After asking the cashier several times about my Jeep another service writer finally stepped in. Shortly after that I was on my way. I also was not given the military discount (I am a 21 year Navy veteran) which I asked the cashier about. She totally ignored my question. I read her paper on the counter which stated the service writer has to put that in when doing the estimate or the discount will not be given. At least I was able to tow it home behind my RV without any further issues. More
