Took my vehicle in for a vvl solenoid leak. The dealership also replaced the valve cover. When I left and got home the vehicle was smoking from oil hitting the exhaust from improper installatio The dealership also replaced the valve cover. When I left and got home the vehicle was smoking from oil hitting the exhaust from improper installation of the valve cover. They tow the vehicle back and then fix the valve cover gasket. I pick up the vehicle again and when I get home the vehicle is smoking again and coolant is all over my engine bay. So then I have to get it towed back again. Just picked up the vehicle from the 3rd attempt and all seems ok so far. My service advisor was great and kept in contact with me during the entire time, but the tech's not so much. I'm just grateful after the 3rd time it seems to be finally fixed. More

I just want to say it sure was nice seeing a familiar face from 9 years ago when I purchased my Jeep! When I bought my Jeep it was Pomoco then changed hands two times after that! I was misinformed about my oil change and it could’ve been disastrous had I not questioned what was going on g on. However it didn’t get to the point of damaging anything. Thank God. I’ve always brought my jeep there for inspections and any maintenance needed. Years past I had a few negligent issues and was very disappointed but I felt a sigh of relief when I reconnected with my former team member. Highly satisfied!😊 More
