This place is the absolute worst dealership I have ever been, the true representation of “stealership.” The rep gave poor transparency on when the vehicle would be ready. I called the dealership and was forwarded to an automated system that never forwarded me to the rep. They offered a texting service and the rep never responded. After showing up multiple times the rep was acting like he was about to message me but it was clear he didn’t care about my time. They replaced my headlight last year for moisture and lo and behold the replacement headlight had the same issue. They claim it wasn’t replaced last year and wouldn’t cover it under warranty. Do yourself a favor, save your time, money and go somewhere that will take care of you. More

Very poor communication & customer service. Took 2 months after i bought my car to get it in for an appointment to get it fixed. Went for have a state inspection on my car. I arrived 8:59am sharp. I was premise a 3 hour wait. After those 3 hour the agent informed me that my car wouldn’t be done until after lunch, which m I arrived 8:59am sharp. I was premise a 3 hour wait.
