I bought 4 vehicles from POMOCO and have three serviced there on a routine basis for periodic PMs and oil changes. Yesterday I was charged for a safety inspection which in the past has always been no charge (vehicles range from 3 to 1 year old). When I picked up my inspection refund today because I complained about no notice of the fee in advance when I brought my vehicle in, I was told that they can change the terms of the program I bought into anytime they want without notice. If the bean counters want to undo the goodwill POMOCO has with their awesome service and sales team - they just did. I can choose where to buy my vehicles from because there are other RAM/Jeep dealers in the region. More

Complete idiots who can't manage to fix anything! Multiple trips to this dealer to fix warranty related items. Many times my vehicle would sit there for weeks at a time while "waiting for authorizatio Multiple trips to this dealer to fix warranty related items. Many times my vehicle would sit there for weeks at a time while "waiting for authorization" or "waiting for parts", when after talking to FCA, they never even called for said authorization or to order parts. I'd ask for my vehicle to be driven before returning to me, to make certain the issue was resolved. Each time it was NOT, and the mileage IN on my service order was the same as the mileage OUT - a pretty good indicator they didn't do their job. All in all, after a year, they still hadn't fixed any of the issues. These folks can't be trusted with a lawn mower, let alone a vehicle. More
