I don’t know who Robert Johnson is. The biggest reason for my low rating is the complete lack of communication from the service department. My truck has been in 4 times for the same pro The biggest reason for my low rating is the complete lack of communication from the service department. My truck has been in 4 times for the same problem, a leaking rear differential, and as frustrating as it has been that we can’t seem to get this fixed, the more frustrating part is that no one will ever answer the phone in the service department. I’ve called so many times and never get anyone to answer the phone. I leave messages on the message service and no one ever returns my calls. The only way I can ever get through to the service department is to call the sales department and ask someone from sales to go back to the service department and put me in touch with someone. Yet, every time I walk into the service department there are at least 2 people, if not more behind the desk. I don’t understand why no one can ever answer the phone in the service department to give customers an update on average vehicle they’ve had for several days. More

My only interaction was with Stephanie. She was friendly, professional and accommodating. I didn’t have an appointment since my F150 started developing problems a few miles from your deale She was friendly, professional and accommodating. I didn’t have an appointment since my F150 started developing problems a few miles from your dealership and I just pulled in hoping I could leave it to be checked out. She got me checked in, arranged for an Uber to get me home. Stephanie and the tech got my truck in sooner than I expected and she kept me informed on it’s progress. I was able to add a couple things to my work order without a problem and my truck is running great. Overall, a great experience! More
