I have a business and I have a F550 box truck that I was trying to get inspected and oil change and a recall completed and it took me three days to finally get a hold of somebody, the answering service that trying to get inspected and oil change and a recall completed and it took me three days to finally get a hold of somebody, the answering service that you have you have to go through like five steps to finally get to the service department and then because it’s a commercial vehicle they have to transfer you to the commercial department and they never answer the phone I left Two voicemails on two different days and never got a return call finally on my third attempt when I got to the regular service department I begged them to go back and get somebody in the commercial department to answer the phone so they did and I got on the schedule to get the work done and once that happened was great service and completion was done in a very timely manner. It was just a process to finally get an appointment that was so frustrating that part really needs to be worked on/changed, thanks for asking More

wanted me to upgrade a leaf spring when there was absolutely wrong with them. One of there technicians stripped a bushing bolt out of my truck and they acted like it was nothing.
