I didn't like having an oil change appointment for 12:45 which I thought I could wait for, only to find out that 45 minutes later the vehicle hadn't moved from the drop off point as the tech had been out to which I thought I could wait for, only to find out that 45 minutes later the vehicle hadn't moved from the drop off point as the tech had been out to lunch.
