I previously had had a poor experience when the transition was happening between Hall and Southern but I decided to give them another try and I'm so happy I did. This was my first time at Southern Ford. (I had taken the car here a few years ago when it was under different ownership). We take all our Fords here and the service department has always been very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
