Wwnt in for oil change & inspection. They included tire rotation without asking me so bill was a surprise. It needed doing so ok with it but should have let me know. Worst part was show room is all open to cudtomer lounge and they turned on loud music at 9a. That was an assault on my ears and nerves. Another customer asked them to turn it down but 2 people & manager said they had no control over the volume. I doubt that seriously. More
