My repairs were not dealt with promptly, I was not informed of progress on parts or repairs, and I was not charged for a part that wasn't replaced anyway. I had dealt with the previous owners for about 20 years, and since Southern bought them, this has been my worst experience. More

I had made an appointment to have routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation and transmission flush) completed on my vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 in the morning. I hadn’t heard back fro (oil change, tire rotation and transmission flush) completed on my vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 in the morning. I hadn’t heard back from my service advisor by 3:30 pm and called for an update on the status of the vehicle. The service advisor was not available and I was told that I would get a call back. 45 minutes had passed and still no call from the service advisor. I called back a second time and was informed that there were no service advisors to speak provide an update. At 5:05 pm, I showed up in person to retrieve my vehicle. They hadn’t completed any of the maintenance on the vehicle and were unapologetic. The service advisor stated that they had up to 6 pm to complete the maintenance and then said that it wasn’t enough time to complete the transmission flush! I am a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer. I cannot recommend Southern Hyundai. More
